YOUR INFORMATION & YOUR CHOICES
Privacy, made clear.
Effective October 28, 2026.
AskRR is operated by Shefa Capital LLC, the business of Rachel Jacobs and Ron Goldberg. Shefa Capital LLC is responsible for the collection and use of information through this website’s own contact form. Rachel and Ron are licensed Maryland real estate agents with Team Nurit at The Agency DC. The Agency DC (Elite Team LLC) is their real estate brokerage. RR means Rachel & Ron.
Ron administers the private AskRR contact inbox and handles privacy requests for Shefa Capital LLC. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
When you contact us
Our contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, selected interest, message, and permission to respond. It also records a request identifier, the version of the permission wording, submission and update times, and the inquiry’s follow-up status. We use this information to answer your request, manage follow-up, and maintain appropriate records.
The form stores the inquiry in the AskRR database hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Ron’s authorized account controls inbox access for Rachel and Ron. The form does not send the inquiry to HouseMe.ai or automatically email it to Ron. You can also use our direct email links.
Optional buyer and seller requests
The Buyer form collects your email and optional preferred city or area. The Seller form collects the property address and email needed to prepare and send a free home-value report. Both record a request identifier, submission times, service-request notice version, and follow-up status in the same private inbox. No phone number is required. Selecting Submit asks Rachel and Ron to respond to that request by email. These forms do not subscribe you to marketing.
Home-value reports are prepared and emailed manually by Rachel and Ron. They are not instant estimates or licensed appraisals. AskRR does not automatically email a report or notification. A seller address stays in the lead record and is not included in usage analytics or sent to Meta.
Hosting and security information
OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare, process requests to run and protect the website. Requests can include your network address, browser and device information, requested pages, and technical logs. The lead database stores a daily hash derived from the network address to limit repeated submissions, rather than the raw address. A hash is still potentially linkable information.
We use HTTPS, restricted inbox access, and server-side form checks. Hosting and backup settings are partly controlled by our providers. No service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit identification documents, account numbers, financial statements, health information, or other sensitive information through this form.
Embedded HouseMe.ai home search
HouseMe.ai is a separate search and AI service. The homepage includes an embedded search using Ron’s referral address. It loads automatically within AskRR as your browser approaches the search section, without a separate activation step. This connects your browser to HouseMe even if you do not type a search. You can remove the embedded service from the current page with “Unload search.” Our separate guide and contact pages do not embed HouseMe.
Loading the search connects your browser to HouseMe. HouseMe’s own policy describes cookies, analytics, search and chat processing, and sharing inquiries with real estate professionals. Its provider controls that processing and lead assignment. An inquiry entered there is separate from the AskRR contact form. Review HouseMe’s privacy policy and terms before entering information.
“Unload search” removes the embedded service from the current page and stops that page’s embedded interaction. It does not erase information already sent or remove cookies previously set by HouseMe. Manage existing third-party data through your browser and HouseMe’s privacy controls. The unload choice lasts for this page visit and is not remembered across visits. Returning to or reloading the homepage can load the service again. You can also choose to open the search in a separate tab.
QR link analytics
Our QR tracking address records a request identifier, campaign, time, Eastern calendar day, device/browser category, approximate country when available, and known automation or prefetch signals. A short-lived random token lets the destination page confirm that it opened in a visible supported browser. These records do not contain your name, contact details, raw network address, full browser user-agent string, or home searches. They are separate from the contact inbox.
A short-lived proof is passed in the destination URL fragment and sent back to confirm an arrival. Fragments are not sent in the destination HTTP request or referrer; the confirmation code removes this fragment from the address after a successful response. This proof expires after ten minutes and does not require a cookie. An optional random first-party askrr_qr_browser cookie can recognize repeat QR visits for 30 days. We set that persistent identifier only when the browser has previously allowed optional AskRR analytics and does not send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. Basic request measurement and arrival confirmation can still occur. Browser estimates include only identifiers returned with a confirmation, so blocked or deleted cookies affect that estimate. Browser estimates are not verified individual people, and a camera scan is not observable until its link opens.
Optional usage analytics and cookie preferences
With your permission, AskRR records public page views, generic source categories (such as QR, Instagram, search, referral, or direct), voluntary form opens, successful submission acknowledgements, search-opening controls, informational content views, and active engagement milestones at 5, 10, 30, and 60 seconds. Active time counts only while the page is visible and there has been recent interaction. These are measurement signals, not a determination of buying intent.
The payload contains an event identifier, public route, event name, source category, and a random session identifier. The server stores a daily hash of the session identifier and event time. We do not include names, emails, phone numbers, property addresses, message text, search terms, full referring URLs, or arbitrary URL parameters in those analytics. Records are kept in the AskRR hosting database, separate from leads. Old usage events are removed after 30 days when the next event is processed. Daily session estimates are not verified individual people.
Optional usage analytics are off until you allow them. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to allow or reject analytics or change your choice. The askrr-privacy local preference and askrr_analytics cookie remember the choice; the cookie expires after six months. The local preference remains until changed or cleared. When enabled, askrr-engagement session storage holds a random tab-session identifier, coarse acquisition source, active seconds, and already counted milestones, renewed on a page load if its last measurement is over 30 minutes old. Rejecting removes this session storage and stops new optional measurement. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable optional usage analytics. Choice changes do not erase earlier records; contact us about deletion requests.
No Meta Pixel, Conversions API transmission, advertising audience, or Google Analytics property is active in this release. Analytics counts do not control which organic Instagram Reels you see. HouseMe’s embedded service has separate cookies and policies: rejecting AskRR analytics does not technically prevent HouseMe tracking. You may use its search without submitting an AskRR form, unload it on this page, or browse our separate guides. AskRR cannot remove HouseMe cookies or inspect its internal property views.
Cookies and browser storage
We have not configured advertising pixels. The QR arrival confirmation runs only on pages marked as QR arrivals. Hosting may set security cookies, including Cloudflare’s __cf_bm. Authentication cookies may be used when the owner signs in to the private inbox or QR dashboard. These serve security or access functions.
Your browser can store the askrr-install-dismissed-until preference to remember a dismissed installation invitation for seven days. The service worker stores public app icons and an offline notice. It does not cache submitted inquiries, the private inbox, or HouseMe content. You can remove this data in browser site settings. Third-party search cookies remain subject to HouseMe and your browser’s controls.
Communication permissions
Permission in the contact form covers responding to the request you submit. It is not a subscription to promotional emails, automated calls, or marketing texts. No automated promotional email or texting program is configured in this website. Tell us if you prefer a particular contact method or want follow-up to stop.
Retention and administrative access
The current contact and QR event databases have no automatic expiry. Inquiries and QR events remain stored unless removed through an authorized administrative process. The private QR dashboard and export require the owner's authorized account. Brokerage or legal recordkeeping requirements may also apply. Hosting logs and backups are controlled by the relevant provider, and their exact retention and processing locations have not been confirmed for this website.
Information may need to be handled by the brokerage and authorized service providers to respond to you, administer the site, or meet legal obligations. We have not configured a feed from the AskRR contact form to advertising platforms, a CRM, or HouseMe.
Your requests and choices
Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or an end to follow-up. Include enough information for us to locate your inquiry without sending sensitive documents. We may need to verify the request and consider legal recordkeeping obligations. Requests about information you entered in HouseMe should also be directed to HouseMe.
Children, visitors, and policy changes
This website is intended for adults exploring real estate. If a child submitted information, contact us so we can review it. Rights and obligations depend on the laws applicable to the operator and the individual request. We will update this page when our website’s data practices materially change.
